SUGGESTED USES
One component moisture cured hot melt adhesive, non-toxic and pollution-free, mainly used for PVC coating of solid wood, aluminum profiles, etc.
Performance: Short opening time, high initial strength, high and low temperature resistance, final adhesive strength, excellent weather resistance and water resistance.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
Opening time:25°C,humidity60%,45-80s;(Related to the temperature of the substrate)
Gluing method:Scraping coating;
Temperature resistance range:-30-150°C;
Operating  temperature:130-160°C;

STORAGE
It must be stored in a dry and ventilated place at 5-25 ° C, and stored for 6 months without damaging the original packaging.

SAFETY
  1. The hydrophobic treatment substance, oil stains, and dust on the surface of the coating material will affect the bonding fastness. 2.Before using the product, the integrity of the aluminum foil packaging should be maintained and inspected to prevent moisture from entering the packaging and ultimately affecting the bonding effect. 
  2. In an environment with a relative humidity greater than 60% and a curing temperature of 25 ° C, it is recommended to proceed to the next process after 24 hours of curing Under high temperature conditions, the viscosity of the product will increase to a certain extent after 1 hour. High temperatures (greater than 180 ° C) and continuous melting of the product for more than 3 hours should be avoided during shutdown. 
4.For PVC films or other plastic profiles with a surface energy lower than 36 dynes, it is necessary to apply adhesive backing or take other measures to increase the surface energy, ensure that the dyne value is above 37, and undergo drying treatment.

Installation Instructions

 

 

The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine.
Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.
The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.
(The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)
The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C)
and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.
