Product Parameters

 

Used for PVC, various materials in particleboard or MDF board for edge sealing.

Good performance of rubber wet material, high initial viscosity, good thermal stability, good fluidity, no wire drawing, no glue line and other advantages.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
    
Machine: Automatic edge banding machine for fast imported models
Ambient temperature: ≥15ºC
Material temperature: ≥15ºC
Material moisture content: ≤10%
Temperature of glue roller: 190-210ºC
Pressure: 3-5kg/cm2
Feed speed: ≥15m/min

It should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive;
The cover of glue tank should be closed to avoid pollution;
Since hot melt adhesive must be heated when used, personal protective equipment should be worn;
Recommended "first-in-first-use" cycle use;
 

STORAGE

Can be stored 24 months in a clean dry place, in its original package at an average temperature of 25ºC or below.

Machine: Be suitable for curve edge banding machine(CNC machine center)

1. Ambient temperature:≥15ºC

2. Material temperature:≥15ºC

3. The level of humidity:≤10%

4. Glue roller temperature:180-190ºC

5. Glue tank temperature:170-180ºC(If with only one temperature control,it should be 185-195ºC)
