High Quality Hot melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for Permanent Label

SHANGHAI ROCKY ADHESIVES' express bag glue is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive designed for making self adhesive paper/plastic sticker. It is eco friendly, non toxic, with strong bonding strength, high initial tack, good shear strength, and excellent temperature resistance.

PROPERTIES	Good inital Tack High Cohesion Strength Excellent Removable Performance No Residues After Peel
APPEARANCE	Translucent amber solid
CONDITION	1. Applicable for standard conventional hotmelt spray and slot die coating application system             2. Operating temperature: 120 °C-160ºC depend on machine type, substrates, environment etc                        3. Don't mix with other adhesives, and application temperature NOT to exceed 180ºC                         4. Keep containers and pre-melters covered to avoid contamination 5. Material is applied in hot. Appropriate clothing and eye protection should be used. 6. Rotate stock- first in, first out.
STORAGE	Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40ºC and the storage life is one year.

Q: How long can we get the samples?

A: We will send out samples within 3 days after order confirmed, and rest time depends on the speed of express company and the distance,  totally around 7 days.

Q: Can we palce order below 1,000kgs

A: Yes, but the unit price will be a little higher than normal since the unit cost of this order rises.

Q: Can you make special packing for us? 

A: Yes, we can pack goods in blank bag/carton, and stick paper label writing with what you want.  Other special packing depends on the difficulty and cost.
