Fast drying adhesive for vacuum membrane pressing
Vacuum membrane press adhesive is used for vacuum forming products like vacuum forming door, kitchen cabinet panel, sound box panel, computer desk etc. It has excellent performance on heat resistant, fast drying, small partical diameter, endurance bonding strength and atomization.

Membrane press adhesive is applied in vacuum membrane press machine for making membrane pressing worktops. It is used for vacuum covering wooden boards like fiber board, particle board, timber, plywood, MDF with hard or soft thermoplastic films like PVC, TPE, PETG.
Operation Procedure

| 1 | Spray the glue to the part of wood that needs wrapping, until a white layer of glue appears on the surface |
| 2 | After the glue dries naturally, i.e. the white glue becomes transparent and no fingerprint is left after pressed by fingers, the wood can be put into the vacuum suction machine; |
| 3 | Use the vacuum suction machine to wrap the wood. Due to the different specification of the machine and heat resistance of PVC films, the heating temperature shown on the vacuum suction machine varies a lot, but it should subject to the temperature of the wood which is between 50~60ºC; |
| 4 | The forming process in the vacuum suction machine includes 6 steps: preheating, heating, vacuum pressing, stop heating, stop vacuum pressing, natural cooling. |
Packaging & Shipping
In terms of packaging, if the order is less than one container, membrane press adhesive is usally packed in plastic barrel, which is 30kg/barrel; if the order is in full container, it is usally packed in iron barrel, which is 200kg or 1000kg/barrel. The packaging ways, materials, patterns can be customizable.
In terms of shipping, for large quantity, it usually goes by sea and can be delivered within 30 days; for samples, it normally goes by air and can be delivered within 7 days. The normal shipping port is Shanghai. If need, can ship from other ports.
