Application
1. Can be used on any kinds of vacuum suction plastic machine
2. Recommended operation temperature: 15-35°C
3. Don't mix with other adhesives
4. Store in closed containers to prevent drying out and contamination
5. Rotate stock- first in, first out.
Membrane press adhesive is a water based adhesive specially designed for application in PVC moulded doors. Its unique formulation ensures high green tack resulting in strong bond strength on difficult substrates. The product does not release any harmful emission and is safe for users with no adheres effect on the environment.
Attention:
The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine.
Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.
The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.
(The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)
The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C)
and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.
