HM PSA for Hygiene Product

 

Our hot melt construction adhesive developed to be feminine sanitary napkin and Baby diaper. It provide excellent adhesion strength, Transparent amber solid good wetting ability etc and economical in use.

Application

Operating temp:130°C ~180°C, depending on machine substrates, environment,…etc., conditions. 
Applicable for the standard conventional Hotmelt spray and slot extrude application system.

 

Precautions
Do not mix with other adhesive, and application temperature NOT to exceed 180°C Keep containers and pre-melters covered to avoid contamination 20Kg/carton Material is applied hot. Appropriate clothing and eye. protection should be use.
Rotate stock-first in, first out.

CONDITION    

1. Applicable for standard conventional hotmelt spray and slot die coating application system            

2. Operating temperature: 120 °C-180ºC depend on machine type, substrates, environment etc                       

3. Keep containers and pre-melters covered to avoid contamination

4. Material is applied in hot. Appropriate clothing and eye protection should be useD

 

STORAGE      Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40ºC and the storage life is one year.
