RY54113 is a hot melt positioning adhesive developed to be			Appearance
feminine napkin or panty line . It provide medium cotton peel,			Transparent amber solid
excellent low temperature tack etc. Not suitable for breathable
PE film backsheet attachment adhesive.
Application			Viscosity(BF DV-II 27#)
Operating temp:130°C ~180°C, depending on machine,			Approx.  850 cps  @200°C
substrates, environment,…etc., conditions.			Approx. 1350 cps  @175°C
Applicable for the standard conventional Hotmelt spray and slot			Approx. 2850 cps  @150°C
extrude application system.			Approx. 9100 cps  @125°C

Precautions
Do not mix with other adhesive, and application temperature NOT to exceed 180°C			Package

Performance Requirement:

• High bonding strength,good heat stability
• Excellent Initial tack,transfer resistance&proper adhesion
• Provide removable or permanent adhesion for side tape
• Excellent creep resistance and strong adhesion

Attention:

 

• The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine.
• Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.
• The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.
  (The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)
• The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C)
  and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bonding
