 Membrane press adhesive is used for vacuum forming products like vacuum forming door, kitchen cabinet panel, sound box panel, computer desk etc. It has excellent performance on heat resistant, fast drying, small partical diameter, endurance bonding strength and atomization.
 

Product Description Our adhesive for woodworking and furniture, such as edge banding, profile wraping, mattress, lamination, wood splice jointing, membrance pressing.   Attention: The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine. Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material. The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls. (The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system) The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C) and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.   APPLICATION   Hot-melted adhesive, designed for Edge-banding application.   PROPERTIES    Good melting properties No stringing High green strength Good thermal stability Good wetting properties CONDITION The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine. Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material. The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls. Application temperature: 190-200°C (The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system) Coating weight: 40-100g/M2 (Depending on edges nature and substrate) Coating speed: 10-25m/min The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C) and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond. SUGGESTION 1 should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive. 2.The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted. 3.If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,The glue temperature should be tuned down . SAFETY 1.Wear goggles and adiabatic gloves when filling hopper or pot. 2.Keep plant ventilative and forbid any fire. 3.Consult MSDS and read "cautions" before used STORAGE 24 months in its original package at an average temperature of 25°C or below. Store in a clean, dry area. Keep containers closed. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C. PACKAGE: 25KG/BAG

Application

Membrane press adhesive is applied in vacuum membrane press machine for making membrane pressing worktops. It is used for vacuum covering wooden boards like fiber board, particle board, timber, plywood, MDF with hard or soft thermoplastic films like PVC, TPE, PETG.
Packaging & Shipping


In terms of packaging, if the order is less than one container, membrane press adhesive is usally packed in plastic barrel, which is 30kg/barrel; if the order is in full container, it is usally packed in iron barrel, which is 200kg or 1000kg/barrel. The packaging ways, materials, patterns can be customizable.
In terms of shipping, for large quantity, it usually goes by sea and can be delivered within 30 days; for samples, it normally goes by air and can be delivered within 7 days. The normal shipping port is Shanghai. If need, can ship from other ports.
