Solvent-Free PUR Hot Melt Adhesive for PVC Lamination

APPLICATION   PUR hot melt adhesive applies to wooden lamination, single component moistures cured hot melt adhesives, non-toxic and pollution-free, mainly used on adhesion of various soft PVC/PP/PET/ABS, high glossy film, acrylic and HPL, metal etc with particle board and MDF. It has high initial viscosity, moderate open time, poach resistant and excellent weather resistance.

3)Low surface energy so wets most plastics well 

4)Can be formulated as a one -or two-component adhesive 

5)The viscosity at the application temperature can be designed in a range from 2000 to 100000mpas depending on the specific requirements 

6)Shrocky PUR are being produced with open time varying from 10 seconds to 10 minutes to match application requirement

Suggestions

1	Should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive.
2	The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted.
3	If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,The glue temperature should be tuned down
