Application:
Designed for antimatic carton closing/box sealing.

APPLICATION   

Very high viscosity adhesive suggested in bonding bag bottoms in antomatic machines.

Good adhesion on many varnishes, inks and films (always advisable a previous test).

APPEARANCE   Milky white, semi viscous fluid

CONDITION    

1. Good bonding strength in paper to laminated/UV varnished surfaces          

2. The product is smooth flowing with godd machine running characteristics.                    

3. Suitable for roller application in high speed sealing machine.                   

4. For setting characteristics, gives undistrtured setting

5. Becomes colorless after drying hence no patch marks

STORAGE      Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40ºC and the storage life is one year.

Carton closing (EVA, Metallcene hot melt adhesive)
Hot melt adhesives are mainly used for food boxes, tissue boxes, cigarette boxes, and corrugate cartons. We may offer adhesives for different application methods (automatic or manual). Upon requests, we provide adhesives having different open time, bonding performances, heat resistance and cold resistance.

 

STORAGE     
24 months in its original package at an average temperature of 25°C or below. Store in  a clean, dry area. Keep containers closed. Storage temperature should not exceed 40°C.
