		Product Description:			Physical Properties:
		Usage:	RY82527 is a medical hot melt adhesive.		Appearance
		Properties:	It has the characteristics of good dispersion effect,low temperature operation performance and good biocompatibility.		Colorless transparent lumpy or pillow-like solids.
		Suggested operating conditions			Brookfield viscosity (BF DV-II 27#)
		Operating temperature:	110°C ~150°C, depending on the machine, substrate, environment and other conditions.		Approx. 1600 ±600cps @150°C
		Coating method:	It is suitable for a variety of coating methods such as standard hot melt fiber spraying, multi-line, slit squeegee, etc.
		Recommended Ambient Temperature:	≥5°C		Softening point (ball-and-ring method)
					Approx. 82±6º C
		Storage			Packaging
		It must be stored in a dry, cool place below 40ºC for 24 months.			20KG/carton or 25Kg/carton
		Precautions
		Do not mix with other adhesives and do not exceed 160°C
		The hot melt glue tank must be tightly covered to prevent debris from falling into the glue and affecting the performance of the glue.
		Since hot melt adhesives must be heated when used, personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn.
		It is recommended to recycle "first-in-first-use".
