Usage: RY52908 is a wet strength adhesive for disposable non-woven
fabric products. exterior
Performance: Good dry and wet bonding effect, good wettability, and
wide spray width with light yellow solid.
Recommended operating conditions
Operating temperature: 130 ° C~160 ° C, depending on other conditions
such as machine, substrate, environment, etc.
Coating method: Suitable for various coating methods such as standard
hot melt fiber spraying, multi-line, spiral spraying, and slit scraping.
Recommended ambient temperature: ≥ 10 ° C
Storage
It must be stored in a dry and cool place below 40 º C for a storage
period of 24 months.
Matters needing attention:
Do not mix with other adhesives for use; The operating temperature
should not exceed 170 ° C
The hot melt adhesive slot must be tightly covered to prevent debris
from falling into it and affecting the performance of the adhesive.
Due to the need for heating during the use of hot melt adhesive,
personal protective equipment must be worn.
It is recommended to use a "first in first use" cycle.
When the temperature is low in winter, it is recommended to increase
the operating temperature appropriately
