APPLICATION
Wide area of application, for bonding all kinds of edgebands to particleboard and MDF.--Curve edge banding

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
Machine: Be suitable for curve edge banding machine(CNC machine center)
1. Ambient temperature:≥15ºC
2. Material temperature:≥15ºC
3. The level of humidity:≤10%
4. Glue roller temperature:180-190ºC
5. Glue tank temperature:170-180ºC(If with only one temperature control,it should be 185-195ºC)
STORAGE
Can be stored 12 months in a clean dry place, in its original package at an average temperature of 25ºC or below. Storage temperature should not exceed 35ºC
Attention:

The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine.
Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.
The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.
(The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)
The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C)
and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.
