Introduction

Water-based adhesive is an environmentally friendly adhesive that uses water as the dispersion medium and polymer emulsion as the main component. Unlike solvent-based adhesives, the volatile component of water-based adhesives is primarily water, containing no or only a very small amount of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), posing minimal harm to humans and the environment.Shanghai Rocky water-based adhesive products use advanced emulsion systems such as VAE, acrylic, and polyvinyl acetate,covering multiple industrial fields including carton sealing, paper lamination, woodworking paneling, vacuum forming, and bookbinding.Water-based adhesives feature excellent initial tack, high bonding strength, fast curing speed, and strong solvent resistance.

Q2: Can you provide free sample testing? How long does it take to send the samples?
A: Yes, we provide free samples for customers to test. Samples are usually sent within 3 working days via international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the customer only needs to bear the shipping cost.

 

Q3: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For water-based adhesive, the MOQ is typically 1,000 kg for first-time trial orders. For subsequent bulk orders, we can discuss based on your requirements.

 

Q4: What is the packaging method?

A: EVA hot melt adhesive is usually packaged in 25kg kraft paper bags or woven bags, in granular form, which is convenient for feeding. If there are special packaging requirements, we can discuss customised solutions.
