Strong adhesion polyurethane reactive PVC edge banding hot melt glue

PUR edge banding glue is a single component polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive. It gets a strong adhesion performance by reacting with the mositure in the air. It is non-toxic and pollution-free, mainly used on adhesion of various soft PVC/ PP/ PET/ ABS, high glossy film, acrylic and HPL, metal etc. with Particle Board and MDF etc, it has high initial viscosity, moderate open time, poach resistant and excellent weather resistance.

Medium temperature hot melt adhesive	Wide applications. Besides, it can solve the maintenance problem caused by using the machine under high temperature(above 200°c)long timely.	Softening point:80~120°c Operation temperature: 150~180°c
High temperature hot melt adhesive	High initial adhesion, high bonding strength, can be used to adhere solid wood, fiberwood,particleboard,plywood,MDF, etc with PVC, melamine, paper and other decoration materials. It is suitable for the linear bonding and soft forming of different kinds of edge bands, especially suitable for thick PVC band and a low operation environment.
