PUR Hot melt Adhesive for Book Binding

Application:	Hot-melted adhesive, designed as back glue for bookbinding application and so on.                          Especially for very thick book
Properties:	Good melting properties
	No stringing
	Good thermal stability
	Good wetting properties
	Fast setting and good flexibility
Appearance:	White ,yellowish
Condition:	1.It an be used on high-speed and medium-speed bookbinding flow-line and flow-line machine.
	2.Recommended operation temperature: 110-130°C (Don't exceed 180°C).
	3.The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be LESS than 15°C).

PUR Binding refers to a softcover book binding method that makes use of Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) adhesive.

PUR Binding is a form of perfect binding, where the pages and cover are glued together at the spine and the other three sides of the book are trimmed as needed to give them clean "perfect" edges.

Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) is the most durable book binding glue available. It is far superior to EVA or any other adhesives used in traditional perfect binding.
