		Description			Typical Properties
		RY32710 Pressure sensitive  hot melt adhesive designed for catching mouse.With less odor,good tack and low temperature resistance.			Appearance
					Transparent water clear
		Application			Viscosity(BF DV-II 27#)
		Operating temp:140°C ~160°C, depending on machine,			1900-2100 cps  @140°C
		substrates, environment,…etc., conditions.
		It is more suitable to manual and automatic spray applicators.
		Storage			Softening Point(Ring & Ball)
		Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40°C and			Approx.67-73º C
		the storage life is one year.
		Precautions
		Do not mix with other adhesive, and application temperature NOT to exceed 160°C			Package
		Keep containers and pre-melters covered to avoid contamination			20Kg/carton(10kg/PE bag,2 bags/Carton)
		Material is applied hot. Appropriate clothing and eye protection should be use.
		Rotate stock-first in, first out.

SUGGESTIONS

1. Suggested service temperature 130~150°C, avoid processing upon high temperature (≥180°C) for long time;
2. Please adjust temperature of adhesive dissolving tank and speed of glue binding machine in time base on different operation status (include environmental temperature, fluidity and gluing time of glue) ;
3. Clean up leftover and impurity in adhesive dissolving tank regularly;
4. Do not mix with other glue from different producer;
5. Avoid using glue that out of season, especial for avoid glue that produces in summer used in winter, as well as glue that produce in winter could not be used in summer.

Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive based Hot Melts are tacky to the touch at room temperature and are widely used in the labeling industry. These hot melts are also commonly used in tape manufacturing, diaper, feminine hygiene and bottling industries.
