SHANGHAI ROCKY ADHESIVES' PVC Edge Banding strip Hot Melt Glue is an EVA based hot melt glue used for bonding PVC edge bands on wood board edges. It can be used in full automatic, semi automatic or manual edge banding machine. It is applicable for different machine speed. It features with good melting properties, good bonding strength, perfect heat resistance, and without stringing.
To cover the exposed sides of materials such as fiberboard, particle board or MDF,plywood,core-board,and fireproofing board etc. Banding with different materials including batten, acrylic, PVC, ABS,etc.
In terms of packaging, Edge Banding strip Glue is usually packed in kraft paper bags, and normally, each bag weighs about 25kgs. The packaging ways, materials, patterns can be customizable.
In terms of shipping, for large quantity, it usually goes by sea and can be delivered within 30 days; for samples, it normally goes by air and can be delivered within 7 days. The normal shipping port is Shanghai. If need, can ship from other ports.
