EVA Hot Melt Glue For PVC Edge Banding Glue

[Product Use]

Suitable for manual edge banding machine curved line edge banding; suitable for ordinary custom furniture edge banding, especially for thin PVC edge banding under 0.6mm thick and not resistant to high temperature.

Attention:

 

The HM adhesives should be used on any type of continuous edge banding machine.
Coating can be made either on the edge or on the section material.
The coated material is immediately placed in contact with the substrate and pressed with rolls.
(The temperature should be checked directly in the gluing system)
The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be less than 15°C)
and the level of humidity should not exceed 10% in order to obtain a good bond.
