Our bookbinding hot melt adhesive is a perfect binding hot melt that is widely used in the manufacturing of books. Our company provides two types of bookbinding adhesive, including spine glue and side glue, which are suitable for various paper and book covers.

In addition, low melt viscosity and high melt flow index contribute to high bookbinding speed. Moreover, our hot glue is resistant to ink corrosion, high and low temperatures, so books bound with it can be used in many parts of the world.

CONDITION    1.It an be used on high-speed and medium-speed bookbinding flow-line and non 
                         flow-line machine.
                        2.Recommended operation temperature: 150-180°C (Don't exceed 180°C).
                        3.The supports and edges must be at ambient temperature(which should not be LESS than 15°C).


 STORAGE     24 months in its original package at an average temperature of 25°C or below. Store in  
                a clean, dry area. Keep containers closed. Storage temperature should not exceed 40°C.

Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) is the most durable book binding glue available. It is far superior to EVA or any other adhesives used in traditional perfect binding. 1) PUR has superior flexibility, which prevents the spine from cracking when the book is opened wide or pressed down flat.
